About the Presenters
Susan S. Phelps, RN
Manager of Clinical Operations
Susan Phelps received her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, in December 1980.
She is currently Manager of Clinical Operations for Vestica Healthcare in Mequon, Wisconsin. Her primary role there is to provide oversight of the Case Management Program under contract with the Wisconsin Dept. of Corrections. This includes utilization management, orientation and training for new case managers and development and analysis of reports related to disease management and resource utilization.

Lois has a long history of expertise in the coding field. Lois has established herself as one of the top coding experts in the state of Wisconsin, with her skills as an educator and as a reviewer.
