Previously, Mike co-founded OmniMed Transcription and under his leadership, the company grew to over 500 employees. Mike then served as General Manager of the transcription division of the Dictaphone Healthcare Solutions Group. At Dictaphone, he oversaw operations surpassing $60 million in sales with a workforce of more than 800 employees.
