| "I know I keep telling you how much I love this company but I must tell you again how nice it is to work for a company that gives you encouragement and not beat you down. This was the first pay period that I have made my line count and it felt AWESOME!!. I should have made them a month ago and I was close, but didn't quite get there. No one was calling me or making me feel worse, but kept encouraging me knowing I could do it. My other companies I have tried to work for kept pushing and pushing pointing out every mistake you would make and climb all over me to get those counts up. It got to the point where I didn't want to get up and go to work, which made me resent my job. At Amphion, my team managers give encouragement and tell me I am doing a good job, pumping me up to make those counts. When I had a blank or question they would answer in a way that did not make me feel like an idiot because I didn't know. This company makes me want to get up every day to come to work and strive to work extra and do a good job, and not just for myself and the money but for the pride in my work and how much it is appreciated. I have had head congestion and not felt good the past few days but wanted to get up and be at work for my "team." That's what makes a job worth getting up for every day, not wondering who is going to climb on your back and nit pick everything you do, but to encourage you to do the best you can." |

From the moment I became an MT, I knew it was my career of choice; however, it took 10 years to find the one company where I feel I belong. | "I just want to say how much I enjoy working for Amphion so far. Everyone has been so good at answering questions or directing to who I need to go to if they don't know the answer. Everyone is awesome. I actually feel part of the "team." I know I am not up to the lines I need to be at, and I know that takes time to learn my account, but I don't have someone breathing down my neck because I'm not there yet. They have all been there, know this is all new, and have the patience that are extremely helpful in making me feel more at ease and not so tense. That in itself makes me want to strive to do better and show that they have not made a mistake in hiring me, I give 100% every time I am working. A new account was available that I had never done before but they said give it a try and see how I feel, and now I love it. I like that one more than anything else I have done. The other girls on the account have helped me and we have set up normals together for the account. I feel like I am working for a company that has not just made me a number. "I have been working for Amphion for almost a year now. I worked at a hospital that paid me per line but never took out taxes so I was really scared when I got started. I started out as an MT typing and am now a lead proofer. When you start you will have a primary account and then as you go along a secondary account for back up. You will continually have that same account to work on with the same dictators so once you get a feel for them you will definitely have no problem making your line counts. You have your probationary period to get to this point and I never had a problem.
This is one of the most supportive companies I have worked for. I never felt alone out in the "cyber" world. We have supervisors, leads, and mentors who are all there to help you, and no one makes you feel like you have a stupid question. Even the other people that are assigned to the same account are a big help too.
